All tibi Inc. products carry a complete 100% customer satisfaction warranty
and purchase price will be cheerfully refunded upon receipt of merchandise in
the original shipping package and in new saleable condition and must be returned
within fifteen days of receipt of purchased goods. We will not however
refund any shipping cost on returned merchandise and any goods returned must be
returned with shipping or postage cost pre paid.
Return Policy:
Merchandise
purchased at Mini Pro Golf.com may be returned to our warehouse within 15 days
from the date of receipt provided that they are returned brand new and in the
original packaging. Return the goods with a note that includes your request,
order number, full name, email and we'll contact you when it arrives to arrange
credit. The customer will be responsible for the postage costs to return
merchandise to us.
If the goods
are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 7
days of you receiving the order. We will replace/repair faulty goods free of
charge.
If the goods
are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full, if sent back within 7
days of your receiving the order, but we will charge postage costs.
